Kerry McClung

Owner // Lead Attorney

Kerry is a proud double spider, graduating with honors from the University of Richmond's Westhampton College and T.C. Williams School of Law.  Throughout her career she has represented underserved and disadvantaged adults and children - earning her the Orrell-Brown Award for Clinical Excellence in the Children's Defense Clinic, Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2020 and 2021, and New World Report Family Lawyer of the Year (VA) for 2021.

Kerry remains committed to helping those going through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether you're fighting for your kids, going through a challenging divorce, helping your aging parents, or recovering from a painful injury, Kerry's there to fight by your side.

When not helping individuals in the courtroom, Kerry continues to give back to her community. She is on the Executive Board for Beyond Boundaries and American Sign Language Champs, organizations that believe “adventure is for everyone” and teach sign language to anyone that wants to learn. She was also recently elected as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Lewis F. Powell Jr. Inn of Court. If you cannot find her at the office or volunteering, she is likely in her garden, hanging out with her dog, or enjoying time at the river.

Kerry is licensed to practice in both state and local federal courts.
